Ingredients

• 100g yellowtail scad fillet
• 100g mashed potato
• 30g corn beer
• 15g capers
• 20g dill
• 15g endives
• 30g crispy seaweed
• 10g lemon basil microgreen
• 50g chopped onion
• 20g kaffir lime leaves
• 30g orange zest
• 100g orange juice

Corn Beer

• 200g sweetcorn
• 1 bottle beer (marinate for 8 hours)

Held from 23rd to 26th November, 2017 at Ocean Marina Yacht Club in Pattaya, the sixth Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show offers a cosmopolitan mix of boating and lifestyle products displayed in-water and along the water-front at the marina. The show is open daily from 11:00 – 19:00 (closes 18:00 on Sunday) and entry is free.

Boats for Everyone
Known for catering to all types of boat buyers, the Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show's in-water display includes new models and brokerage, day boats from 20 foot up to luxury superyachts over 40 metres. Power and sail are well represented with prices ranging from less than one million baht up to bespoke yachts at over 200 million baht. As well as representation from the biggest global boat brands, a number of Thailand boat builders will be showing their pleasure and commercial vessels.

Superbikes that Turn Heads
Boats and automobiles are a good combination and at the show for the first time us Falcon Motorsports, who will be showcasing the latest models from Husqvarna Motorcycles. Famous for their motocross and road bikes, Husqvarna's raw power and modern design appeal to bike-lovers the world over.

Water Toys
The latest water toys and marine gadgets will be on display and live in-water demos can be viewed from the spectator platform including JetSurf – one of the fastest watersports trends in the world right now – who will also be showing their latest boards and technology.

Marine Essentials
For the boat owner or soon-to-be boat owner, all manner of marine products and chandlery items are available to purchase at the show. From paints to adhesives, marine batteries, engines and more, everything a boat owner needs is available.
