Mom Tri’s support for Art and music is well known so it was a real pleasure to see the display of paintings by Khun Samet Leelavivattana at Mom Tri’s Wok Gallery overlooking Chalong Bay.
All painted in oil on canvas, and painted with an eye for detail, coconuts, boats, seaside and still life images from Krabi, Samui and Lanta as well as other images made a bright collection worthy of any art collection or seaside villa wall! As ever Mom Tri’s hospitality was first class, making a relaxing and pleasant evening with the lights of Chalong bay and the islands to accompany the music of Mom Tri’s Trio. The artist, from Bangkok and with a B.A. and currently a Lecturer from Po-Chang Campus of the Institute of Technology & Vocational Studies, was there in person to show his work and chat to those attending.
