The team was delighted to attend an exclusive Zero Waste dinner at 333 At The Beach on Saturday the 21st of January.
Chef Air brought fresh ingredients from the land and sea into the kitchen, including a Giant Trevally fish and 100% natural herbs from Kamala mountain, in order to create his signature dishes. With every single part of the fish being used, we were treated to 7 enticing dishes with delicious ingredients and creative presentation. The dinner was complemented by zero waste beverages as well. It was an excellent evening, and nice to see Chef Air pushing sustainability and zero waste cuisine.
