The Phuket Smart Bus EV operates along the Old Town Phuket route, providing free service to both residents and tourists. This initiative aims to reduce traffic congestion and air pollution, contributing to the development of an eco-friendly city that enhances both livability and tourism.

The service has been operating since May 9, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with 16 designated stops strategically located throughout Phuket Old Town, covering key landmarks and attractions.
