Kantary Bay Hotel, Phuket Front Office Manager Boonsong Suratod (left, front row) and Reservations Manager Rungkarn Premsri (left, second row) and other staff were proud to receive the TUI Nordic Gold Award 2017 for Hotel Staff Service based on the highest level of customer satisfaction with the Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping staff over 2016 based on feedback from guests who had stayed at the hotel. The presentation of this prestigious recognition of the staff of Kantary Bay Hotel came after the Hotel scored 9.35 out of 10 for Hotel Staff Service and was followed by the presentation of the Bronze Award 2017 for Hotel General Impression.
