First "Swim Around Phuket" Makes History

Swedish Ultraman World Champion Jonas Colting completed his marathon swim journey today, becoming the first-ever man to swim around the island of Phuket. Cheers and applause greeted the weary but fulfilled swimmers as they rose from the water and broke the finish tape at Mai Khao Beach, where they had embarked eight days ago swimming approximately 17 kilometers daily from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
