Among the amazing variety of pancakes available will be the well-known favorites, such as traditional Scottish varieties, buttermilk pancakes from the USA, ‘Blini’ or ‘Blinz’ from Eastern Europe and pancakes with sugar and lemon from the UK. The pancake jamboree will also offer some lesser known styles to try, such as Uttapam pancakes from India, Apam Balik from Malaysia, Mexican hotcakes with cinnamon, Olady pancakes from Russia and many more.
Besides the different recipes and styles on show, the hotel’s pancake artists Chef Pat and Chef Beau will also surprise guests with their amazing pancake art, creating pancakes in any form and shape including famous cartoon characters.
