Eden Home Development (Thailand) Company Limited, a new property development company in Phuket, unveils its very first brand new top quality luxurious condominium based in Rawai: Etherhome Seaview Condo. Future residents who choose to live in our Etherhome Project can be assured that the infrastructure, furniture and high-end  materials will be of of the highest quality.

Secondly, we chose a local architect with a proven record: namely Dreamscape. They are responsible for the design of many condominiums and other projects in Phuket. Their works include Layan Loft, Villa Sunpao ND and Villoft. Their previous design experience is put to exceptional use with our project; the aesthetic design choice of both the exterior and interior resonates with a feeling of high class, while the functional design of the building is sure to make your life easier on Phuket Island.

Foreigners like to live with their pets in their apartment, but unfortunately not many condominiums accept this. We decided to allow your favourite dogs and cats in our complex. On top of this, freehold units are available and there are 54 covered parking spots.
