Owners receive a full set of professional photos upon signing up to the service, weekly property inspections are complimentary as well as access to an online account that allows them to view their property calendar, to see how much money is in reserve on their behalf, allowing them to make their own bookings.

For luxury villa owners, Lofty offers a premium service that only charges 5% + for full time services like private chefs, villa managers, and maids.

Lofty Group sources its customers through a wide range of agent channels – online and offline, local and international primarily through a vast network of agencies and its own website.

The company has also strong connections with the Chinese marketplace and sources a growing number of bookings through connections with Chinese agencies and other platforms.

Mr. Leathem says, “China is Phuket’s largest source market and its fastest growing market. Considering less than 5% of Chinese nationals even have passports Phuket is just experiencing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Chinese tourism.
