Highlights from the menu include cream of cauliflower with sturgeon caviar, confit of pork jowl with seared scallops, pan- roasted coral grouper with roasted crab tarragon, Thai Wagyu tenderloin and beef cheek ‘Bourguignon’, twice-cooked brioche, turkey, dark chocolate crémeux and a selection of international cheese. The evening concludes with Christmas carols by The Pavilions Phuket Santarina’s.
