Executive Chef Jonathan Bruell will re-create three of the most iconic dishes of The Boathouse Phuket – dishes that have been enjoyed by its patrons for over three decades; they are the Lobster Thermidor, Tournedos Rossini (Australian beef tenderloin with foie gras in truffle sauce) and The Boathouse’s Classic Massaman Lamb Shank.
