Every house is constructed under the theme of ‘Baan Sabai’ (comfy house) using Q-con lightweight concrete panels and solar reflective tinted glass windows to lower temperature in the house. Bathrooms are clearly separated dry and wet areas, while the cold pantry is separated the hot pantry. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom, a water retreat, water pump and water tank underground and a finished garden.
