We’ve partnered with Niche Health to run our luxury spa, wellness and fitness centre to ensure the best facilities are available. The Niche Health and Wellness Centre is the first naturopathic medical centre in Asia focusing on helping you maintain an active, independent lifestyle as you age. All consultations, treatments and exercise regimes are uniquely designed and tailored around you, offering personalised treatments using effective, research-based natural therapies.

The Otium Care staff are there when you need them and will also be happy to visit you in your own home to help with anything from general housekeeping and shopping, to support with getting dressed.

We have an emergency first-response medical suite in the village for regular care, medical treatment and help with prescriptions. Phuket’s excellent hospitals are close at hand, and there is also a medical clinic a five minute car journey away.
