Location
Karon Butterfly Condominium is located on the hills that surround Karon, only 400 metres from the beach and shopping areas. Specification
At the end of February 2010, the first phase of the project was completed:
- Building F with 9 apartments from 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room on the ground floor all with exclusive gardens and portico - arcade (now available one unit), the first and second floor units all have a balcony with seaview (sold).
- Building G with 7 apartments from 1 and 2 bedrooms. Now available; 3 units on the ground floor with exclusive garden and portico – arcade price start from 4.9 million Baht
- Facilities: 300 sqm swimming with jacuzzi (completed); restaurant, fitness and wellness centre (future construction).
The second phase of the project under construction is Building E and is composed of a different type of apartment called “Flower Unit”. They are apartments on three levels from 35 to 64 sqm and consist of a kitchen corner with one bedroom (some units in open plan) with balcony. Behind the bedroom is located the bathroom with shower toilet and sink. To access the first and second floor apartments there is a staircase leading to the covered gangway. The Flower Unit has sea-view or garden-view. The price start from 3 million Baht.
